2.4.12 NBC Super Bowl Party Indiana Roof Ballroom Indianapolis Indiana

For NBC's Super Bowl party for 1000 guests, crews added 100 lights, 12 high powered projectors and massive speakers to the Indiana Roof Ballroom's already impressive system.

Maroon 5 sound check.  They rehearsed cuts they would play later with Steven Tyler and at the Grammys.
1000 guests begin to arrive
Energy in the room crackled as guests sampled food stations served by the Indiana Roof Ballroom catering staff.
After my opening set, the 3 finalists from The Glee Project reality show took the stage.
The crowd reached a fever pitch as MAROON 5 blasted right into "Moves Like Jagger."
Adam Levine and the band played non-stop, ripping through all of their hits including 'Wake Up Call," "This Love," "Makes Me Wonder," and more!
A huge thank you to the entire Indiana Roof Ballroom staff for their hospitality - http://www.indianaroof.com/yourevent.html

2.3.12 Super Bowl NFL Alumni Awards Scottish Rite Cathedral Indianapolis Indiana

Super Bowl 2012 in Indianapolis, Indiana was incredible! The NFL Alumni Association Awards were held at the beautiful Scottish Rite Cathedral. I provided entertainment beginning with cocktail hour for 800 guests in the Ballroom. Then, the action moved to the Theatre where sports, movie and TV celebrities (like Alec & Stephen Baldwin) handed out awards, including the coveted Player of the Year. The Ballroom lights were dimmed as guests returned for the AfterParty.
My thanks to the amazing "teams" I got to work with:

11.26.11 Julie & Ryan, Indianapolis Marriott Downtown, Indianapolis, Indiana

Julie & Ryan gave their guests a fabulous party!

Their 17 member wedding party had fun with their grand entrance:

Ushers were introduced to "Moves Like Jagger"
Wedding party to "Give Me Everything"
and Julie & Ryan entered to cheers and "Viva La Vida (Live)"

Guests were treated to a lovely cocktail hour and then a 4 course meal. Julie's father shared words of wisdom and jokes during his welcome speech.

The Best Man and Maid of Honor toasted the happy couple while guests enjoyed cupcakes for dessert.

Julie and her father danced to "A Kiss to Build a Dream On," then Ryan and his mother took the floor to "God Only Knows."
With lots of Purdue grads in the crowd, the fight song had to be played and everyone danced the night away.

Congrats Julie & Ryan!
