Sandy and Adam Wed at Indiana Roof July 28

Congratulations to Sandy and Adam who were married on July 28, 2012. I was honored to host their reception at Indiana Roof. Planners from Boldly Chic Events, photographer Jessica Strickland, Northernlight Films, The ChrisWeaver Band, and Indy Photo Booths helped to create the couple's perfect day.

Sandy and Chris met in grad school when Sandy “made the first move”. Chris made up for it when he proposed in a tux after a 15 hour workday.

After a church ceremony at St. Luke's United Methodist Church, Sandy and Adam and their wedding party were introduced to their guests followed by a welcome and blessing by Sandy's dad. Toasts were then given by Best Man, Ben and Matron and Maid of honor, Christy and Brittany respectively.

The couple danced their first to “Hey Pretty Girl”. Father/daughter and mother/son celebrations preceded a unique idea: a teddy bear toss. Sandy and Adam, with the help of their wedding party, showered their guests with a collection of 25 teddy bears to Elvis' fan favorite.

Bouquet and Garter toss were sandwiched between the band's two sets before we sent the couple off on their honeymoon with “Thank You” and “Sweet Caroline”. Thanks again to this great couple!

Thanks again for the opportunity to help you celebrate such an important occasion. If you would like help for your next event, please call Jim Cerone at (317) 845-0749 to schedule your appointment.

Abby and Augie Wed at West Baden June 30

It was my great honor to serve as host to Augie and Abby's wedding on June 30th of this year. They met while both working at Virtua Health Center and both share a love of music. Music by The Beatles was carried throughout the evening to celebrate this couple's special day.

The couple wed at the beautiful West Baden Springs Hotel. Jennifer Ryal, Conference Services Manager, was there to oversee the event. It's easy to make dreams come true at West Baden with its European splendor and 19th century world-class setting for your special day.

First, guests were treated to a cocktail reception before moving to the veranda for the family focused ceremony. The couple had a special portion of the service dedicated to honoring their children after reciting their own vows.

Background music set the scene for dinner until the wedding party was introduced continuing the Beatles theme. Then guests were welcomed by their hosts and friends offered their toasts to the happy couple before all were invited to the dance floor.

The party continued and Augie and Abby were sent off for their Paris honeymoon to “With a Little Help from my Friends” to close out the evening.

Special thanks to all the amazing vendors who made this event possible:
Jennifer Ryal - West Baden
Monica Richard -Mon Amie Events, Inc.

3.31.12 Anica & Andy, Union Station Grand Hall, Indianapolis, Indiana

Faith, Family, Friends. Anica & Andy's celebration was defined by those 3 things.
They made sure every guest was warmly welcomed, taken care of and given a marvelous evening of fellowship (quite an accomplishment with 350 guests!).
Andy proposed to Anica at the finish line of the R.A.I.N. ride (hence the bike!)
Their guest book featured photos from Andy's surprise proposal to Anica.

A very unique piece of "glowing" decor by Anica & Andy's guest book.

Anica & Andy's sweetheart table (where they sat just long enough to eat a bite and hear the wonderful toasts made to them).
Chef Randy with Union Station prepared an incredible array of food stations for Andy & Anica's guests.
Truly an honor to share this evening with Anica, Andy and their parents.
Anica & Andy's first dance to Michael Buble's "The Way You Look Tonight." Dancing doesn't adequately describe it - they seemed to float above the floor.
Crutches or not, Bridesmaid Beth was GONNA dance !
Dreaming of her wedding one day?
The surprises Anica & Andy had prepared just kept coming - candy buffet!
For the finale, Anica & Andy's family and friends gather around to sing along with them.
It's not over! Andy led Anica through their Honeymoon sparkler send-off.

Lisa & Tyler's cake top!
Lisa & Tyler cut their Butterfinger cake with cupcakes for guests.
Lisa & Tyler's ceremony and cocktail hour were on the 3rd floor and their reception was on the 2nd floor at Mavris Arts & Event Center.
Lisa & Tyler's first dance to "Love of a Lifetime" by Firehouse.

Lisa & Tyler's guests rushed the floor to dance, including her grandfather (he and his wife Fran - not pictured - celebrating 62 years together!).
Lisa's dad John is the one beaming at the camera. They had a blast dancing with their friends and family!
Open dancing!
Lisa and Purdue alumni "Boiler Up!"
Lisa dances with her Mom, bridesmaids and friends to the Rolling Stones (her Mom's favorite!).
Lisa & Tyler's last slow dance to "Come Away With Me" by Norah Jones.

One more song! "Don't Stop Believin'" sing-a-long to send Lisa & Tyler off on their honeymoon!

Lisa & Tyler are so nice, so friendly, so easy-going and yet they would do anything for you. During toasts, Tyler's brother Toby and Lisa's friends Sarah & Karen explained it so eloquently (much better than I can).
