10.16.10 Amy & Matt's Wedding Reception, Indiana Historical Society
"Chasing Perfection" - That's a quote from the toast Matt's brother gave. To me, that captured Amy & Matt's day. It WAS perfect. From the weather to the decor to their spectacular first dance - Amy & Matt chased perfection and caught it.
Amy's father led off with happy tears in his welcome - his love for Amy is so obvious. During dinner, guests had fun with the chalkboards creating messages in Amy & Matthew's photo booth. Matron of Honor Kelly and Best Man Nick had the whole crowd cracking up with their toasts.
Then, Amy & Matt surprised everyone with their beautifully choreographed dance to Michael Buble's "You and I." Guests flooded the floor afterward for open dancing.
Before the wedding, Matt said I HAD to play "Rocky Top" for his family. Little did I know they would RUSH the dance floor! Here is the huge tunnel they made - what a highlight!
Amy changed from her gorgeous wedding gown to a sassy gold dress which perfectly matched the glow of the sparklers guests waved for their grand getaway!
